For SAVEUR and SAVENA Group, R&D is above all a bespoke product development service provided to its customers.

It covers one area of expertise: Taste solutions. The team is composed of 12 people with very different but complementary profiles.

Our experts – chefs, technologists, nutritionists, and flavourists – are mobile and work on either our customers’ production sites or in the group’s pilot laboratories to develop :

  • Recipes and mock-ups of ready-meals, delicatessen, and processed meat, vegetable, fish, and seafood products,
  • Online access to a dedicated contact person
  • Industrial pre-productions
